Worth its 4 stars. The LOYAL staff gave good recommendations. Kitchen was a great addition. So close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Food was reasonably priced.

i have stayed here during the previous trips, and it is still an unforgettable experience. easy to get around oslo with a train station located really close to the hotel. i greatly enjoyed it.
